Under current procedure, emailing Dr. Ned Stuckey-French (nstuckey-french@fsu.edu) constitutes your application. He will keep you apprised of Certificate-eligible courses term by term. The Certificate is an open-ended program. You can start taking courses when you are ready and proceed at your own pace.
